The Dean provides academic leadership to develop and grow education and research programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic, operational, and academic leadership for outstanding learning outcomes.
- Taking a leading role in government, industry, and community engagement nationally and internationally.
- Fostering partnerships with health services, developing new academic partnerships nationally and internationally.
- Collaborating across faculties and campuses, promoting an interdisciplinary approach.
The successful candidate will also serve as the Director of Research at Alfred Health.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
This position requires:
- A PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, strategy development, and program growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
