IT Transformation Lead
About the Opportunity
The IT Transformation Lead will collaborate with Project Managers to minimize stakeholder resistance and drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on new systems, ultimately achieving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments to determine change scale, business readiness, and potential risks.
- Develop effective change management strategies and work with project teams to integrate these into their plans.
- Create actionable documents to support change implementation, including change management plans, communications plans, training plans, and deliverables.
- Coordinate change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication creation.
- Oversee Digital Services releases to the public, such as website updates and customer portal changes.
- Evaluate change initiatives and adapt overarching strategies and plans when necessary.
- Identify and coach change champions, ensuring active coaching.
- BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to operate as a Change Analyst, supporting PM's and Business Analysts in developing change artefacts.
- Prior experience in IT Project change management is highly valued.
