Enterprise Architecture Governance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Governance Leader to drive consistency, integrity, and alignment across our technology landscape. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture governance frameworks that ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of architecture governance frameworks, facilitate architectural review boards, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, they will define and champion architectural standards, policies, and design patterns, overseeing compliance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across technology domains.

  • Leverage expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) to develop comprehensive governance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance principles and resolve architectural conflicts
  • Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight
  • Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift across the enterprise architecture function

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of implementing architecture oversight, telecommunications industry knowledge, especially in asset management and infrastructure, and technical breadth across GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide architecture governance frameworks

Foster collaboration across teams to ensure effective governance and architectural decision-making

Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight

Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift across the enterprise architecture function

Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing architecture oversight and governance
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Technical expertise in GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
