Enterprise Architecture Governance Leader

This pivotal role oversees the evolution of enterprise architecture governance.

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks across the organization;
  • Ensure architectural review boards align with strategic objectives;
  • Establish and champion architectural standards, policies, and design patterns;
  • Maintain compliance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across technology domains;
  • Apply governance principles to telco assets for performance, security, and cost-efficiency;
  • Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight;
  • Engage stakeholders to embed governance and resolve architectural conflicts;
  • Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift in the enterprise architecture function;

This position requires influencing outcomes across diverse teams.

Key Qualifications
  • Deep experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman);
  • Strong governance expertise and a track record of implementing architecture oversight;
  • Telecommunications industry knowledge, especially in asset management and infrastructure;
  • Technical breadth across GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity;
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority across diverse teams;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level engagement;
  • Pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments;
  • Passion for continuous improvement and architectural excellence;
