Job Description

Embark on a transformative journey as a Solution Architect, shaping the client's field services capability through innovative technology.

Design and drive the architecture strategy that underpins this new initiative, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation.

  • Develop end-to-end solution strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical solution designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring best practice, governance, and regulatory alignment.
  • Develop architectural artifacts including roadmaps, standards, and design principles to guide solution decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring extensive experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in complex environments, ideally within the utilities sector. You will also have:

  • A proven record of designing and implementing architecture for large-scale, multi-layered transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of field service management platforms, enterprise applications, and SAP systems.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, integration, and application architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, balancing technical depth with clear communication.
  • Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and future-state solution designs aligned to best practice methodologies.
