
Business Growth Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to support the Dealer Network in growing business and achieving sales targets & KPIs. Collaboration with the internal team will be essential in developing competitive and profitable sales proposals and tender documents, while effectively representing the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales proposals and tender documents that meet customer needs and company standards.
- Represent the company as a first point of contact for all customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to grow business.
- Previous experience in account management and/or sales success.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and develop strong rapport with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
