TPD/Superannuation Claims Paralegal

A high-growth firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Law Clerk to manage TPD/superannuation claims, with top mentors and a bright future.

As a key member of this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Super/Income protection insurance claims division, you will help injured clients obtain justice in respect of TPD and income protection insurance claims via their superannuation fund. You will be responsible for obtaining initial client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, trust deed/insurance policy and conducting legal research to assess viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/doctors, briefing counsel and day-to-day file administration until claim finalisation.
