About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Operations Associate to join our team at Advance Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting field operations tasks while providing exceptional customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Disconnection and Reconnection: Execute service disconnections and reconnections in compliance with established regulations and industry best practices, ensuring accurate and compliant disconnections and reconnections.
  • Meter Validations: Conduct thorough reviews of meter data and perform on-site testing to validate the accuracy of meter allocations for customers who raise concerns about their metering.
  • Meter Reading: Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc readings of meters, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Site Audits: Conduct regular site audits to verify the accuracy of information and assess connection statuses, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A customer-focused mindset and exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • A deadline-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
