Customer Success Associate

About the Role:
Smartsheet is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and growth with our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the effective use of Smartsheet, addressing any challenges or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and professional services, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer success reviews to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to provide valuable customer insights, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Meet or exceed all performance targets, including customer satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
