Role Overview

As a Logistics Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient back-of-house operations, guaranteeing that the correct stock is received and dispatched accurately and timely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to operational process controls and safety protocols, with a strong emphasis on safe product handling, equipment usage, and incident reporting.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a team to enhance the experience for both in-store and online customers.
  • Contributing to optimal back-of-house space management, organization, stock flow, and product storage.
  • Managing order fulfillment processes, including delivery and click-and-collect services, in accordance with established procedures, which encompass product picking, packing, dispatching, and handling fulfillment inquiries.
