We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary therapy services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients across various settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with diverse client groups.
You will be responsible for managing allocated caseloads, delivering therapeutic services efficiently, and assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and support environmental adaptations to enhance independence.
Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in professional development sessions, online learning, and leadership programs to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities- Manage allocated caseloads and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
- Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and assessments
- Interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Support environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
- Recommend Assistive Technology to enhance independence
- Professional development opportunities including weekly sessions, online learning, and guest speakers
- Supervision with a dedicated supervisor
- Career progression opportunities into senior leadership roles
- Flexible full-time or part-time roles with varied hours and environments
- Rural or city settings near Sydney or Brisbane with access to beaches, wineries, galleries, waterfalls, bushwalking, markets, and more
- A vibrant and supportive team environment

- Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist preferably across diverse client groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Passion for working in the disability sector
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current full registration with AHPRA
