Therapeutic Residential Care Manager

Seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the management of our Therapeutic Specialists Program.
The successful candidate will have expertise in leading program administration, including clinical measures, data collection, and quality assurance.
They will provide expert consultation and guidance on mental health and therapeutic needs, delivering high-quality clinical expertise in assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families.
Key responsibilities include contract monitoring, strategic management, performance evaluation, clinical governance, and stakeholder feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Residential Care settings and relevant guidelines, as well as leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management.
