Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with our Performance & Content Marketing Managers to create high-quality content that captures attention and drives results.
  • Execute social media strategy and develop social content that engages our audience and drives brand awareness.
  • Own our promo calendar and work closely with our SEO agency to develop high-performing blog and collection page content.
  • Execute email and SMS campaigns alongside our Content Marketing Manager and implement test and learn programs to optimize them.
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Creative flair and love of creating content that captures attention (photography and/or video skills a bonus).
  • Passion for writing and creating, with great communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Understanding of or passion for organic social channels best practices and tactics to drive growth and engagement.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, e-commerce platforms, social scheduling and reporting platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Willingness to learn or knowledge of SEO best practices and writing for SEO.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to react to changes quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Passion for pets.
