Active Night Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Active Night Support Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance during evening routines, ensuring personal care and comfort. This includes engaging in conversations, facilitating access to community services, and promoting independence.

A successful candidate will adopt a person-centred approach, empowering participants to achieve their goals. Close collaboration with participants, family members, and other stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assistance during evening routines

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or similar qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts and sleepovers
