Job Description

We are seeking an experienced eLearning Specialist to join our team on a 10-month contract. The successful candidate will provide expert services to an ICT implementation project, developing and delivering user-focused training solutions.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in eLearning content development and HR projects. A strong training background and knowledge of change management frameworks are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training plans
  • Design and deliver engaging eLearning modules and user guides
  • Develop familiarisation videos to support pre-training user readiness
  • Manage and track training schedules for staged roll-out
  • Monitor and report on training completion rates and evaluation surveys
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in eLearning content development
  • Experience in HR projects, including timesheets, rostering, and payroll
