Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled senior engineer to lead our technical team. The successful candidate will drive innovation, mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of high-quality solutions.
Job DescriptionThe Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives;
- Mentoring engineers to develop their skills and expertise;
- Designing, implementing and managing complex infrastructure systems;
- Undertaking project work to design, plan and implement solutions for customer environments;
- Responding to security incidents and implementing mitigation measures.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior or lead systems engineering position;
- A deep understanding of Microsoft infrastructure systems and best practices;
- Strong proficiency in networking, operating systems, cloud and data center environments;
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in dynamic environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Azure (VMs, networking, Recovery Services Vault, Site Recovery, Managed SQL, Web Apps, Monitoring, Security, Sentinel);
- Windows Server core roles and features;
- Microsoft SQL and IIS administration;
- Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/AzureAD, Global Secure Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Defender XDR, Teams Telephony).
