Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position within the organization, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy.

  • The role will involve leading cross-functional teams to enhance end-user satisfaction, service usability, productivity, and accessibility.

The successful candidate will have extensive commercial experience in IT Service Management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity within a large, complex organization.

They will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction for the design and implementation of new and enhanced ITSM practices and enterprise services.

  • Developing and maintaining a long-term roadmap for capability uplift that aligns with enterprise priorities.

Key qualifications include proven experience designing and leading enterprise service integration and management frameworks, strong track record in uplifting ITIL capabilities at scale, and demonstrated success in implementing enterprise ITSM platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent understanding of ITSM tools, process automation, and service experience metrics.

They will be able to blend customer-centric design thinking with operational rigor and governance.

Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional technology strategies.
