Job Description

This dynamic role provides high-level executive and project support to senior leaders, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities and driving key initiatives forward.

  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and provide diary management services
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for site visits and respond to urgent requests for briefing materials
  • Prepare documentation for engagement forums and maintain up-to-date SharePoint folders
  • Support regional staff with project coordination and serve as a liaison between on-the-ground activity and strategic level needs
