Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in and around our clinics in Hobart.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be the primary liaison for our referrers, building and nurturing high-value relationships with healthcare providers and clinics. You will identify opportunities to expand referrals and increase revenue by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

This is a part-time permanent position available three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue and Procedure Volumes: Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and procedure volumes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Service Expansion & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality support.
  • Performance Monitoring & Engagement: Track account performance, report key metrics, and participate in meetings and networking events to strengthen presence and uncover new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Background in Account Management or Similar Roles: Have background experience in account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Accounts Efficiently: Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
  • Proactive, Self-Motivated, and Highly Organised: Possess proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised qualities.
  • Experience Using Sales Information Management Software: Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Willingness to Travel Regularly: Willingness to travel regularly within the Hobart region and quarterly to Melbourne.
