We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Manager to join our team at Maven Dental. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our dental practice, including managing staff, coordinating patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team of dental professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional patient care.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing initiatives and patient acquisition.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our practice meets the highest standards of quality and patient safety, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software (OASIS).
