**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Seven Animal Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including finance, human resources, and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the business, including finance, people, and asset management
  • Work closely with the directors, veterinarians, nurses, and reception team to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • Strong financial management skills, including experience with MYOB
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
