Digital Commerce Leader

This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing the Australian direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, driving digital revenue growth and ensuring premium brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
A self-starter with analytical skills will utilize consumer behavior insights to solve intriguing eCommerce challenges and enhance the user journey.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of eCommerce experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Australian market and strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CRO tools.
- Lead the Australian DTC business, owning profit & loss (P&L) and driving traffic, revenue, margin, and customer growth.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies aligned with global brand objectives and local market needs.
- Collaborate with the Global eCommerce Team on Shopify site operations, UX, and merchandising to ensure seamless and luxurious customer experiences.
- At least 7 years of eCommerce experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods.
- Deep understanding of the Australian eCommerce market.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CRO tools.
