Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce professional to lead the end-to-end online experience for our customers.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in E-commerce, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • A strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and web optimisation is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive customer engagement aligned with our branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional events by updating creative elements and organising inventory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up products for each region in Prismic CMS and Shopify/Commercetools, including PDP, product photography, metadata, colourways, and content.

They will also be responsible for capturing compliance information in engaging product descriptions across multiple optical categories, developing the digital projects roadmap, initiatives, and optimisations for the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the end-to-end online experience for our customers, ensuring seamless navigation, inventory management, order processing, and post-purchase communications.
  2. Drive customer engagement aligned with BN branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional events by updating creative elements and organising inventory.
  3. Foster commercial merchandising skills to continuously improve website performance and customer experience.
  4. Capture compliance information in engaging product descriptions across multiple optical categories.
  5. Develop the digital projects roadmap, initiatives, and optimisations for the website.
  6. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless virtual try-on experience across multiple product ranges.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in E-commerce, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving web performance, preferably within a retail or ecommerce business.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for developing and driving strategies to grow web performance.
  • A love for working with data and driving website performance through thorough research.
  • A strong understanding of UX/CX and web optimisation.
