Job Description:

Our client is seeking an accomplished digital commerce leader to spearhead their e-commerce operations and drive growth across various channels. This dynamic individual will oversee the development of innovative strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign data to inform decision-making.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize online retail operations, including brand website management and third-party marketplace integrations.
  • Lead the creation of creative assets for social media and marketplaces, including content for product listings.
  • Partner with influencers and content producers to develop engaging visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor digital trends and ensure content relevance and attention-grabbing appeal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in managing digital commerce and paid media in fast-paced consumer industries.

- Deep knowledge of successful D2C, retail, and marketplace eCommerce operations.

- Skilled in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.

- Proven success with influencer programs, content marketing, and community engagement.

- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, creative, and external partners.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
