The Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Trade Manager to join our Digital team, leading on trading activities to achieve targets for revenue, profit, traffic, and efficiency in our digital business.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver channel plan phasing, working closely with paid media and wider trading teams to forecast required channel traffic, spend, and conversion performance.
  • Manage the digital trading calendar for the market and own communications to trading teams and the broader business.
  • Track and analyse product performance, planning actions to maximise performing lines and support underperforming products.
  • Guide social, CRM, and content streams in planning marketing messaging on both paid and organic channels to drive efficient full-funnel coverage.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' e-commerce experience, preferably in retail.
  • Hands-on platform experience, such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience managing sales budgets and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work within planning frameworks.
