About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Learning Partner, this position will work across all offices and locations as required.

The Learning Coordinator partners with leaders and team members to provide end-to-end learning development and support. The role coordinates both face-to-face and virtual workshops, maintains training records and ensures that all learning processes run smoothly and align with business needs, learner requirements and organisational values and policies.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a learning and development environment, experience working with diverse stakeholders with the ability to influence and motivate others and a passion for driving learning goals, engagement, and collaboration across the business.

This role requires a certificate in Training and Assessment or a related field, or a willingness to acquire it. You will also need experience in a fast-paced learning and development environment, proven positive stakeholder engagement, and experience working with diverse communities or teams.

Additionally, you should have strong organisational, time management, customer service, and communication skills, with proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate learning development and support initiatives across the organisation
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with organisational policies
  • Partner with leaders and team members to drive learning goals and engagement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet business needs
