**About This Role**:
We’re looking for someone with a strong learning and development background, who can help us take our Leadership Academy and corporate learning programs to the next level. As a key member of the Learning and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for our corporate learning program, with a strategic focus on our Liverpool Leadership Academy. Working with internal SMEs and external facilitators, you will work towards uplifting our workforce’s capability aligned to our strategic directions. You will manage learning end-to-end (including facilitation of some programs, elearning design and LMS management) and work closely with the L&OD Lead in redefining and delivering on Liverpool’s learning strategy.

There are plenty of growth and development opportunities, as well as project work as you support the team in the delivery of its portfolio which includes employee recognition, culture, talent and succession planning, early careers development and performance development.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Bachelor’s in adult education, human resources management, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
- Demonstrated experience in a learning and/or leadership development function with a focus on program management from inception to completion.
- Strong facilitation skills in a range of workplace programs
- Instructional design in eLearning courses, in person and virtual learning, train the trainer programs and facilitator guides.
- Administration and/or account ownership of a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Demonstrated experience and skills in project management relevant to portfolio within budget and timeframes that meet strategic business objectives.
- Proven experience in building trusted collaborative partnerships (internal and external) and working with and influencing key stakeholders within a diverse organisation.
- Experience in leveraging and maximising technology to build capability at all levels and in supporting the management and delivery of learning and leadership development programs.
