
APAC Marketing Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the APAC region. As a Regional Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, accelerates pipeline, and drives revenue.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to navigate complex regional nuances, and is obsessed with performance and pipeline.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals and regional sales priorities
- Driving demand generation through integrated campaigns, events, content localization, digital, ABM, and partner co-marketing initiatives
- Collaborating closely with regional Sales and Partner teams to understand pipeline needs, surface insights, and ensure campaign alignment to territory plans
- Building and managing a regional campaign calendar that balances brand, product, and demand activities across priority markets
- Partnering with the global marketing team to localize messaging, positioning, and content for APAC audiences
- Managing third-party vendors, agencies, and event partners to drive execution across key markets
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Optimizing programs based on data-driven insights
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, focused on the APAC region. Security SaaS or enterprise software experience is strongly preferred
- A proven track record of developing and executing marketing programs that deliver pipeline and revenue
- A deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including cultural, language, and go-to-market nuances
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and product marketing
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with tactical execution—you can lead high-level strategy and roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Excellent communication and project management skills; experience working across time zones and geographies
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot (or similar), and campaign performance tools
