The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our digital media efforts and drive growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing client strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Leading client meetings, preparing case studies, and engaging with partners to deliver exceptional results
- Supporting clients in delivering impactful and efficient digital media strategies, analyzing data, trends, and performance
- Creating detailed digital media plans across key disciplines to achieve client KPIs
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring timely delivery of monthly invoices
- Collaborating with a team of media consultants to drive and lead dedicated support teams, ensuring consistent delivery of results
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related subjects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in account management or a related role
- Native-level English language skills in writing and speaking
- Strong commercial acumen, client orientation, and motivation
- Proven experience and knowledge in account management on client or agency side
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong paid media knowledge and commercial acumen
- A curious and interested approach to staying up-to-date with the latest digital industry developments
