Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at We Are Social. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Leadership: Lead client meetings, provide day-to-day direction to the team, and think ahead to anticipate opportunities and problems.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic and Creative Contribution: Contribute to the creative process, build on ideas, and display strong creative judgment.
- Commercial Capability: Accurately forecast and deliver revenue, estimate and negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers, and contribute to growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage people within the team, nurture and develop talent, and bring out the best in people across all functions.
We are looking for someone with 7-9 years of experience, preferably in another agency, with a strong background in the wellness and/or beauty FMCG industries. You should have a history of leading strong and trusted client relationships, extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resourcing skills, and be a true creative mind with a passion for out-of-the-box ideas.
