The role in our Project Services team based in Adelaide involves managing day-to-day operational activities, delivering administrative tasks, and maintaining document control systems. You will work directly with the Design and Engineering team, develop effective working relationships with stakeholders, and ensure controlled documents are transmitted according to project procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in document control and/or administration, be highly organised, solution focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience using Aconex and flexibility to be available after hours as required.
