We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive process improvements and support our team.

About the Role
  • Process property tenant receipts and reconcile State Based Trust accounts in an ERP system.
  • Daily processing of Owners Remittance sweeps and reporting for Treasury Operations.
  • Perform tenant/customer account reconciliations and bank account reconciliations.
  • Prepare month-end bank reconciliation packs for sign-off within agreed deadlines.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and a tertiary degree qualification in accounting or business-related studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior accounts receivable or finance roles, with knowledge of financial systems and corporate environments.
