
Business Growth Specialist

This is a strategic, full-cycle sales role focused on launching and scaling our presence in the Australian market. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the fitness technology landscape in Australia. You will lead market development efforts, build relationships within the boutique fitness ecosystem, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy for our company in Australia
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Represent our company in the market: meet with prospects in person, attend industry events, and build relationships within the fitness community
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to localize positioning and messaging
- Hire, train, and mentor local team members as the region scales
- Partner closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth transitions from sale to launch
- Deep familiarity with our company and its products
- Over 3 years' experience selling SaaS or fitness technology platforms
- Proven track record of full-cycle sales and exceeding quota
- Comfortable operating independently in a new market with high accountability
- Strong understanding of the fitness landscape in Australia
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead junior team members as the region scales
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, Power point and software demonstrations.
