We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Officer to join our team at Alliance Airlines. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receipt and manage inventory, ensuring that all parts and materials are properly labeled and stored.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of goods to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
  • Skills and Qualifications: A valid forklift license, a current Dangerous Goods certificate, and experience with computer-based inventory systems.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
