Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Operations Schedule Integration Specialist.

About the Role

This key position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex scheduling challenges. As a liaison between the Network & Scheduling team and Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing cross-functional efficiencies between schedule design and operational delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that schedule planning and execution are aligned with operational requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service quality and implement improvements effectively.
  • Engage in solving complex scheduling challenges, focusing on both short-term and long-term integration strategies.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review performance metrics, identify trends, and align on business initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in logistics, operational scheduling, or resource planning.
  • Solid understanding of network seasonality and SLOT submission practices.
  • Proven ability to navigate the challenges of a cost-focused, people-centric operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with change management processes in operational settings.
  • Ability to communicate ideas persuasively to gain buy-in and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
