Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage expertise with scheduling tools to manage resources, dependencies, and progress across concurrent implementations.

- Utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills to advise stakeholders on status, progress, risks, issues, and constraints.

- Facilitate planning workshops to assess implementation timelines and interdependencies, fostering stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration.

- Analyze schedule designs and setups to ensure best practices, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with scheduling tools (MS Project/Project Online).
  • High-level written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex schedules and identify areas for improvement.
