Home Care Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Home Care Specialist to join our dedicated team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can provide expert advice and guidance on Home Care Packages to clients in need of care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trusted relationships with clients, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Follow up on new client enquiries and nurture their journey from initial contact to face-to-face meeting with a Care Partner
  • Provide tailored advice and comprehensive information on Home Care Packages
  • Build trusted relationships with new clients through active listening and adapting to their unique situations
  • Identify and attend relevant Community Engagement initiatives as our representative in the community

**Requirements:**

  • Natural people person with excellent conversation skills
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector and specifically Home Care Packages
  • Experience leading the end-to-end sales process with empathy and understanding
  • Active listening skills and ability to adapt approach to each client's unique situation
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment
