The role of the Stock Allocations Specialist is to effectively manage stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores, while supporting the planning function.

This involves collaborating closely with the Merchandise Planner to analyse sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders, follow up on aged orders with suppliers, and process purchase order cancellations.

A key aspect of this role is fostering strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members. This includes executing administrative tasks required to support the function and the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores.
  • Support the planning function by analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on aged orders with suppliers and process purchase order cancellations.
  • Document and acknowledge enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records.
