Stock Allocation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially astute Stock Allocation Specialist to join our team.

  • Coordinate the allocation of stock to stores and/or online channels in line with sales forecasts and stock targets.
  • Monitor store performance and stock levels daily to optimize availability and support business decisions.
  • Analyze sales, stock, and intake data to inform allocation and replenishment strategies.
  • Support Senior Merchandise Planner with weekly trade reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Assist in buyers administrative tasks, planning and executing seasonal launches, promotions, and transfers.
  • Liaise with Distribution and Store teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
  • Maintain accuracy across stock systems, purchase orders, and allocation tools.
  • Contribute to seasonal reviews and lessons learned for future planning.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years' experience in retail allocation, merchandise administration, or a similar analytical role (ideally in fashion or womenswear). They will possess strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
