As a key member of the Integrated Planning Team, you will be responsible for managing stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores while supporting the planning function.

You will work closely with the Merchandise Planner to analyze sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on aged orders with suppliers and process purchase order cancellations.
  • Document and acknowledge enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records.
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Execute administrative tasks required to support the function and the team.
