Job Title: Allocator / Junior Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Allocator/Planner to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled allocator/planner to make a real impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Analyse sales data and market trends to create seasonal category plans and identify growth opportunities
  2. Manage Open-to-Buy budgets and ensure stock levels, sales mix, pricing, and margins align with business goals
  3. Build strategic range plans with the right product assortment, using data and trend analysis to support buying decisions
  4. Maintain store grading plans across all channels, factoring in display capacity, demographics, and sales performance
  5. Monitor in-season trading and recommend pricing, markdowns, or promotional activity to optimise sales and margins
  6. Plan product allocations and replenishment based on forecasted sell-through and store profiles, including new store packages
  7. Coordinate the execution of promotional events and campaigns, ensuring timelines and launch objectives are met
  8. Provide clear reporting and insights to support cross-functional decision-making
  9. Attend weekly trade meetings, presenting performance highlights and actions to drive results
  10. Visit stores to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with planning and product strategies
