Financial Systems Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Support Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering the IBM Planning Analytics system, managing security and user support, ensuring data integrity with source systems, and overseeing financial models and reports.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining the IBM Planning Analytics system to ensure availability, security, documentation, and performance of routine tasks such as backups and upgrades.
  • Managing system changes, issues, and user licenses, ensuring proper testing and control.
  • Maintaining reporting, planning, and forecasting models to ensure accuracy and insight.
  • Collaborating with the finance support team to develop and maintain efficient models and accurate reports.
  • Updating finance data cubes and verifying data integrity with source systems.
  • Providing ERP finance administration support, including cost centre and reporting hierarchy maintenance.
  • Managing finance network access controls and ensuring appropriate data access.
  • Solving system issues and delivering change requests efficiently.
  • Coordinating and delivering IBM Planning Analytics user training.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting IBM Planning Analytics or similar multi-dimensional database systems.
  • At least 3 years' experience providing ERP finance administration support.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
