Do you have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential?

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to support clients with varying levels of needs and requirements in outdoor settings.

As a Day Service Practitioner, you will play a vital role in promoting community inclusion, encouraging physical health, positive communication skills, teamwork, social skills, self-confidence, and mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in developing daily living skills, including personal care, eating, and hygiene maintenance.
  • Proactively identify and pursue community-based opportunities that cater to clients' interests and hobbies.
  • Enable clients to participate in community activities independently or with active support.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Disability and Outdoor Recreation or equivalent;
  • Current First Aid and CPR Training;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
