Customer Service OfficerWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Geelong North. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy delivering top-notch customer service and working in a fast-paced, high-quality automotive environment.About the Role:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair, providing a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.
  • Your responsibilities will include greeting customers at reception, managing phone and email enquiries, making tea/coffee for customers and visitors, providing updates and follow-ups, and supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Strong administrative and accounts background.
  • Experience in the automotive repair industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented.
  • Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic.
  • Confident using computers and business software.
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude and positive energy.
