Key Position Details

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to provide expert guidance on property-related matters and commercial contracts.

  • Provide in-depth legal advice and support on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions to identify potential risks and offer recommendations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in property law, preferably with some exposure to construction law.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian property and construction laws and regulations.
