Key Legal Expertise

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team at a leading property developer and construction company.

The successful candidate will provide expert legal support on a range of projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality legal advice and guidance on property-related matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements related to property and commercial transactions
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on property deals to identify potential risks and provide strategic recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations impacting the property and construction sectors
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Assisting in the management and resolution of complex legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction and commercial issues

Successful applicants will have between 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, with some exposure to construction law from either private practice or in-house roles.
