About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in property, construction, development, and finance law to play a vital role in our social and affordable housing projects.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice on complex matters and draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents related to these projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert legal advice on property, construction, and finance matters
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Manage legal risks and compliance obligations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in property, construction, development, and finance law, as well as advanced drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and current Australian practising certificate are essential, along with a minimum of five years' post-admission experience.
