Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at the Rosebud Residential Aged Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on repairs, general maintenance, monitoring stock levels, and responding to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of necessary materials
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance and grounds duties, preferably in an aged care environment
  • Relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or significant relevant experience
  • Current valid drivers' licence
  • Evidence of Australian work rights
  • NDIS workers Screen (or willing to obtain)
  • 2024 Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
