">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pacific Project and Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive secretarial, administrative and operational project support to the Commissioner and the International Markets Team.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating, managing and providing quality control over workflows within the unit. You will also be required to balance conflicting priorities, work to deadlines, display a high degree of professionalism, judgment and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current matters relevant to the Pacific and the impact on trade, investment and international education engagement with Queensland.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems in challenging environments.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level organisational and time management skills.
