Senior Partnership Manager Role

This is a highly impactful position where you will drive strategic partnerships within your portfolio, aligning our services with the long-term goals and objectives of partner agencies.

You will have the opportunity to provide oversight of key ITP initiatives, leveraging relationships and influence to overcome challenges.

  • Represent us in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and present submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to the delivery of our services and products, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that maximise the value of our organisation for partner agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall experience for partner agencies.
  • Coordinate resources and supervise team members assigned activities to a portfolio of partner agencies.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, ethical practices, safety, diversity, and knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management stakeholders to facilitate, negotiate and influence digital solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in preparing high-quality proposals and business cases.
  • Understanding of the complexity of information technology service delivery in public sector or not-for-profit organisation.
